"How Much Fat Do I Carry?"

Today, we will address the first of the three questions: "How much fat do I carry?"

Determining this is simple! Just weigh yourself and enter your weight in the Baseline Assessment card provided. If you know your body fat percentage, enter that value as well.

Question #1: "How much fat do I carry?"

Please refer to the Baseline Assessment card for detailed instructions on using the BIA scale and entering your weight and body fat percentage.

Action Item(s)

Week 1: Baseline Assessment

Let's determine your current status to better understand your goals. Answer these questions to give us an idea of your current numbers. If you have any questions, please message us.

To provide the necessary numbers, you will need a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) scale. If you don't have one, you can purchase a BIA scale here. If you don't have the scale yet, simply enter your weight for now and leave the body fat percentage section blank. You can return to this section and fill in the body fat percentage once you have the scale.

When using a BIA scale, keep the following things in mind: weigh yourself at the same time of day (preferably in the morning), weigh yourself before breakfast, weigh yourself after emptying your bladder, and ensure no major dietary changes for 3 days prior to the first weigh-in. Avoid exercising for 24 hours before the weigh-in. Wear the same or similar clothing, or no clothing at all. Use the same equipment.
