What's Your Fat Goal?

Keep in mind that when you say you want to lose weight, what you really mean is that you want to lose fat

This week, we are focused on answering the important question of, what's your fat goal?

You should NEVER start with a number when answer this question. This might come as a surprise but it's important that you don't answer this question with an arbitrary number of how much body fat you want to lose or what % body fat you want to be at.

Instead, focus on how you want to look like. Do you want to look amazing at the beach? Or maybe you just want to avoid the health problems associate with an excess body fat? Or maybe you are an athlete.

The percentage of body fat you have will matter more than the total body fat.

Together, we will determine the range of body fat percentage that you should be aiming for

Diet is a key factor that will help you to achieve your fat goal!
